TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Under normal circumstances we ship your order within 2 working days, provided that the goods are in stock. If they have to be manufactured the delivery time is approx. 3–4 weeks. Any faults or deviations in the order must be communicated through email for confirmation by us before delivery. Please check your email on the days following the placing of your order for any inquiry from us. Remember always enter your mobile number for logistics. 

Please note, during the summer holiday season in july the delivery time may be longer than 3-4 weeks if the shoes are not in stock. 

Docksta Sko has no way of verifying the customer’s age, which means that an order should be placed by an adult in those cases where the customer is under 18 years of age.

We use Stripe as our payment solution. A safe and stable payment solution. 

Shipping costs and any customs duties are paid by the customer. Within Europe the cost is between 9€ to 25€ depending on the country and outside the EU it is 30€.

Unclaimed packages will be invoiced with a service fee of 40€ directly to the customer.

You have the right to cancel or withdraw your order within 14 days. Returns are subject to the packaging remaining intact and goods unused and in the same condition as when they were received. Do not forget to enclose your name and ordernumber. You are responsible for all shipping costs and customer costs for returns and exchanges of products.

All warranty claims or complaints must be communicated to us through email before the return of the goods. A return of items may not take place until an agreement with Docksta sko AB has been reached. In most cases a photo will suffice, which means that some correspondence is required before the warranty claim case will be initiated.
